Our Proposal Team is looking for a results oriented individual with effective communication skills to be responsible for the management of all phases of the proposal development process in response to U.S. government and Prime Contractor/commercial RFPs. As the Senior Proposal Manager, you will provide leadership to a staff of multi-functional teams comprised of multi-program/products and customers.
You will assist in the identification of proposal opportunities; lead (plan, direct track, and control) all proposal team activities, conduct the daily standup meetings, drive the development of Win Strategy and themes, manage all aspects of proposal preparation, revision, and submission; coordinate inputs from the engineering, program management, ILS, operations, QA, finance, and contracts departments; and coordinate internal reviews with senior management.
