    How We're Different Indicator

Conviction and incarceration are not barriers to employment and career success!  Job-ready persons on probation and parole are served by our staff of job developers and counselors.  Pre-employment readiness through NCSL's Awakening New Futures 40-hour Life Skills workshop, along with job training, are provided when appropriate.

The goal is to achieve a sustainable, satisfying employment path. Studies have shown that securing a job is the best predictor that an ex-offender will not return to prison. The path begins with a firm foundation in recovery and positive support. To build proper approach, it is often advisable for the job seeker to begin with our Awakening New Futures 40-hour Life Skills workshop.
