The Role:

Red Hat is seeking a Lead Management Representative who speaks German and French to cover those respective regions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Screens all incoming calls and emails / inquiries.
Pro actively calls out on Lead Campaigns

Qualifies deal to pass onto the sales team

Contributes to successful Lead routing and processing innovations and executions.

Works against a points based quarterly Commission plan

May direct customers to web site for information

May mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients

Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.
Provides back-up to inside sales rep and mentors new LM Reps
Has a strong interest in moving into an Inside Sales Representative position

Represents the Red Hat to the customer and the customer to Red Hat in sales-related matters

Required Skills & Experience:

A strong service orientation thorough knowledge of sales cycle
Technical knowledge about the products/services and able to handle more complex inquiries

Fluency in German, French and English.

Bachelor's degree and/or a technical degree preferred but not required

Ability to work as part of a young and dynamic team whilst demonstrating flexibility, autonomy and a desire to make things happen
