Education and Experience:
* Bachelors Degree (majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Arts or Languages); and
* A minimum of two years related experience, related training or bothor:
* An equivalent combination of education and experience. (Convince us in writing!)Writing Ability:
* You can read and write technical documents, including reference manuals, whitepapers and user guides
* You can turn technical and non-technical information into user-friendly publications
* You can write informative and succinct reports and correspondence
* You are comfortable interviewing engineers and users and doing your own research to get information
* You can plan your work, write proposals and implement reviews
* You can produce training material, write procedures and create presentationsComputer Skills:
* word processing, text editing, email, irc and other Internet applications are conditioned reflexesLogistics:
