I am currently the manager of the Compliance Department of NCO Financial Systems. I manage a team of 20 people in Horsham Pa and co-manage a team of about 200 in Manilla. My job is to make sure my team has the company working within the guidelines and regulations of the FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA, as well as all state and federal laws of the debt collection world.

- Who Am I?
I was born in a poor urban area in Philadelphia to a single parent of two.
Instead of going straight to college after high school, I decided to join corporate America. Quickly realizing an education is needed in any path you choose of life, I enrolled into Strayer University with the goal of graduating with honors.
In my spare time, I am very much involved in the LGBT community and I am also involved in promotional and event plannings.
