ci|creative cultivates resources, opportunities, connection and education to attract and retain the creative community within central Illinois.  We are a grass roots organization running on a zero budget serving 400+ members.  We are focused on becoming an organization that strengthens the cultural community within our region.  We do this by offering creatives of all backgrounds professional development and networking opportunities, the ability to reach a larger audiences and inspiring growth experiences. Imagine what we will do when we get funded!

Focused on leadership, organization development, systems and processes, and responsibility of marketing materials supporting our CEO, and sales team initiatives.

Created intiatives focused on employee retention and recognition. Worked to foster a branded image internally and externally. Teamed on diversity projects and Human Resource aspects and initiatives. Served on leadership team supporting 54 employees directly service 2300+ agency workers.

Managed Training and Development Programs offered to member organizations. Was responsible for program creation, speaker selection, marketing, logistics and participant satisfaction. Created fiscal reports documenting profit and usage. Designed monthly newsletter, EAFacts, for distribution to member organizations.

Traveled throught the United States presenting Online Business Opportunities to Distributors of Norwood's Product Line. Performed training introducing organizations to the Internet and the Online Business Model. Took part in educating 13 subsidiaries of how the internet was going to change the way we do business. Was on a team of employees actively planning, implementing and measuring the culture change within the organization nationwide.
