The idea for KODA began over two years ago but it wasn't until I moved to San Francisco in June of 2008 that Tony and I decided to seriously pursue our goal of changing job recruiting. Since then, my role has encompassed everything from sales to product development to accountant and everything in between. Over the last few months our team has grown considerably and I am fortunate to be around such dedicated people.

#1 producer and leasing agent.  Although I had worked in real estate during previous summers, this job taught me more about sales, negotiations and communicating with people than any other experience.  Through creatively approaching the sales process and forming effective business alliances, I became the youngest agent to reach top producer status.
