Me in Three
- There are only 5 states I haven't been to - AK, HI, ND, KY, and NE
- I jumped out of a plane at 13,500ft and did flips
- I've been told I'm unusually optimistic and compassionate; it's strange to think that's not the norm.

My passion for sewing and design led me to work for a B.S. in Textile/Fashion Merchandising and Design. With my goal to be a patternmaker, I will be able encorporate my creativity, textile knowledge, and problem-solving/analytical abilities. During the school year, my life is consumed with design and clothing construction for school work as well as various fashion shows and competitions.
I am also a snowboarder (because I can't ski for my life). I've been riding for approximately 10 years, and generally try to find the money to go out 1 or 2 weekends in the winter.
I like yoga as a way to relax my mind as well as de-stress and work-out. I also like to knit scarves and fingerless-gloves as a way to unwind.
Some people would call me a coffee-snob seeing as I prefer a certain quality and taste for my daily dose. I learned a great deal about coffee from my work at Starbucks.
